The Holy Community of Mt. Athos (the Synedrion) declares, after proper inspection of the subject, that the mill downstream in Chantax belongs to St. Basil's Tower (Pyrgos tou Basileiou at Mt. Athos), a dependency of Hilandar, and not to Zograph Monastery. With statement of month, indiction, year and the witnesses' signatures (some of which are in Church Slavic and in cyrillic script). 16 lines (without signatures).
